I am making this cake for my daughter's 9th birthday and I am really excited about it. I just have one question. How do I put icing or fondent on the turrents? Which do you perfer? And will it just stick to the plastic? I have never done anything like that and I just want it to turn out perfect. Thanks.

you need to use royal icing & let dry, but you need to be careful because it is easy to knock off while adding flowers & other decorations. I made the castle cake for my granddaughter. it is very cute.
