I have been asked to bake a cake for a graduation representing Louisiana Tech University. I have not baked in a long time much less decorated. I can't seem to find a pattern and will probably have to use piping gel.. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Try a sheet cake and place the school logo. The link below it shows a graduation cake but instead of balloons, place school logo. It may help.
