How many cups of batter do I use for a 1/2 sheet cake?

Measure with cups of water, filling your pan half full. That's how much batter you will need.
Allrecipes.com also has a handy volume chart, but remember that's volume not how much batter. So if the conversion chart says the volume is 10 cups you would need 5 cups of batter.
Hope this helps.
