i've difficulty to ice a smooth small cupcake especially cupcakes with a small "mountain"on top. It's always a tedious task to spread buttercream on cupcakes and it takes so much time to complete . Appreciate should someone has some tips to share.. thanks

Use tip 1M to put a swirl of icing on the cupcake.

You could smash the tops flat as soon as they come out of the oven, or you could try icing them with your hand... wear a rubber glove, scoop up a little handful of icing, and swirl the icing on top while rotating the cupcake with your other hand. It's easy, and only takes 1 second!

when i icing my cupcakes i just use a wider tip such as tips 12(round), 16(star) and swirl that on top of the cupcakes. hope this helps. good luck.
