In advance: tint 3 oz. fondant brown with red-red icing color, orange and black icing color.
Roll brown fondant into teardrop shape about 2 1/4 x 1 3/4 x 1 in. high. Flatten bottom; use small end of veining tool to score top and add dots for texture.
Roll 1 x 1/4 in. logs and shape into wings. Marbelize brown with white; shape a 1 x 1/4 in. log for bone. Flatten end and score with tool. Wrap with a 1 x 1/2 in. brown log and taper for drumstick. Attach pieces with damp brush.
