Rated 3 out of 5 by wawawight from I have been able to make this lattice but it does not seem to be as easy to me as it looks here. I find that the spacing makes the lattice difficult to transfer and adhere to the cake but if you let it harden a little before you try to move it, it becomes easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jdc4444 from This is just cookie cutting in a pattern but it is difficult to get the panel on the cake. To make it easier, freeze the completed fondant panel for 10 -15 minutes before applying to your cake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hobbyaholic from I enjoy a good lattice design. Very elegant. I really like to mark the surface of the cake using my cake dividing wheel 1st so I have even spaces between "diamond" cut-out. then use the template to cut the pattern. Comes out perfect each time.
