Divide 15 oz. fondant and tint: 1 oz. each red, rose, yellow; 4 oz. each orange and violet; and 2 oz. each blue and green.
Mold six orange birds with blue dot eyes, top and bottom orange flower borders, green leaf border, 12 small and six medium red hearts, six rose double hearts, six large violet medallions with sky blue centers, six medium sky blue medallions with yellow centers, 12 small yellow hearts.
Divide cake into sixths. Attach fondant pieces to cake with piping gel and decorator brush, aligning decorations on tiers.
