- Make candy molds. Melt Candy Melts candy according to package instructions. Using cupcake candy mold, make 12 cupcake bases.
- Fill molds. Prepare mousse recipes following recipe instructions. Prepare decorating bags with couplers. Fill separately with white and chocolate mousses. Assemble 3-Color Coupler with tip 1M. Fill molds with mousse, piping swirl on top.
