Prepare base board. Tint 120 oz. fondant light blue. Prepare and cover base board with 36 oz. fondant. Reserve remaining light blue fondant.
Prepare globe pillar bases. Roll out light blue fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut rectangles 6 1/2 in. x 2 in.; cover globes with fondant, securing with piping gel. Use baroque mold and light blue fondant to make six various leaf shapes for each globe. Attach with piping gel. Reserve remaining fondant.
Bake and cool 3-layer 6 in. cake, 2-layer 10 in. cake and 1-layer 12 in. cake (trim one 6 in. layer to 1 in. high for a 5 in. high cake). Position a 10 in. cake circle centered on top of 12 in. cake. Use cake circle as a guide to cut angled sides from 10 in. at top of cake to 12 in. at bottom. Position 6 in. cake on smooth edge plate. Prepare cakes for globe pillar construction; prepare 10 in. and 12 in. cakes for stacked construction.
Prepare and cover cakes with reserved light blue fondant, stacking and covering 10 in. and 12 in. cakes as one bottom tier. Position on prepared base board.
Use cake divider to divide base of bottom tier into 10ths. Roll 5 oz. of light blue fondant into a log, 1/2 in. dia.; press to fill in space between base of bottom tier and board at an angle.
Tint 40 oz. fondant dark blue. Roll out 1/16 in. thick. Use large bottom tier feather pattern to cut 10 feathers. Vein and cut v-shaped sides as for topper. Brush with sapphire blue Pearl Dust. Attach at cake divisions with piping gel. Cut and prepare another group of 10 large bottom tier feathers as above, but brush with white Pearl Dust. Attach in open areas with piping gel.

gel aligining with first group of blue dusted
feathers and overlaying 2 1/2 in. on cake top.
Use baroque mold and white fondant to make approximately 50 large pearl chains. Paint with silver Pearl Dust/lemon extract mixture. With a dry brush, apply more silver Pearl Dust to enhance the shine. Using piping gel, randomly attach chains in different lengths around globes. .
At party: Position 6 in. cake. Attach pearl chains in various lengths, securing with piping gel. Insert topper feathers.
