Make nail polish bottle one day in advance. Tint 1 oz. of fondant rose. Knead 1/4 teaspoon of Gum-Tex into tinted fondant.
For bottle, shape rose fondant into a rectangle, 1 in. wide x 1 1/4 in. high x 1 in. deep.
For label, roll a white fondant ball, 1/2 in. dia. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/16 in. thick. Use paring knife to cut a rectangle, 3/4 in. wide x 1/2 in. high. Reserve remaining fondant. Use black edible color marker to print ?Nail Polish? on label. Use damp brush to attach label to bottle.
For bottle opening, roll remaining fondant into a ball. Use small ball tool from set to indent. Use damp brush to attach to bottle.
Use silver Pearl Dust and lemon extract to make ?paint.? Use silver Pearl Dust/extract mixture to paint bottle opening. Let dry.
Make bottle cap. Roll a ball of white fondant, 1 in. dia. Knead 1/8 teaspoon of Gum-Tex into ball. Shape into a rectangle, 5/8 in. wide x 1 1/4 in. high x 5/8 in. deep. Use knife to cut lollipop stick to 3 1/2 in. Color stick with black edible color marker. Insert stick into bottle cap, leaving 3 in. extended. Use brush and silver Pearl Dust/extract mixture to paint bottle cap. Let dry.
Make cupcakes. Prepare cupcake batter following recipe. Bake and cool cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing. Tint portion rose; reserve some white. Use spatula and white icing to ice top of cupcakes smooth.
Insert stick of bottle lid in cupcake. Use tip 1 and rose icing to pipe bristles on bottom of brush. Print name with pink Sparkle Gel.
