Make 24 fantasy flowers 1 day in advance. Tint 2 oz. gum paste pink. Use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out 1/16 in. thick. Use straight edge of smallest (7/8 in.) heart cut-outs from set to cut five hearts from gum paste for each fantasy flower.
Place hearts on thin shaping foam. Use ball tool to ruffle top edge and sides of hearts.
Prepare gum glue adhesive following recipe directions. Use brush and gum glue adhesive to attach five heart cut-outs together, overlapping each other. Repeat for each flower. Let flowers dry overnight in cornstarch-dusted flower former cups.
Decorate fantasy flowers once dried. Use brush to brush deep pink Color Dust edible accents on edges of flowers. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Tint yellow. Use tip 3, cut disposable decorating bag and yellow icing to pipe pull-out dots for stamens. Let dry for 30 to 60 minutes.
Make brownies. Prepare brownie batter following recipe directions. Bake brownies in silicone mold supported on cookie sheet. Cool and unmold according to mold package directions.
Decorate brownies once cooled. Prepare fudge icing following recipe directions. Use tip 16, cut disposable decorating bag and icing to pipe zigzag on top of brownies from one corner to another. Place fantasy flower on top of brownies.
