Outline cookies using tip 2 and full-strength icing; flow in with thinned icing. Let dry on waxed paper-covered boards.
Make puddle dots Use tip 2 and thinned icing to pipe 1/4 in. wide dots on waxed paper-covered board (about 14 per cookie). Let dry.
Decorate with full-strength icing. Pipe tip 44 stripes and tip 2 spirals.
Attach puddle dots with icing. Let dry.
Paint trims with Pearl Dust/vanilla mixture . Let dry.
