Make your favorite crispy rice cereal treats, 1 in. thick in pan.
Cut treats into 2 ½ in. squares. Remove from pan.
Using pouch with white icing and star tip, pipe lines. Using icing pouch with round tips and blue and yellow colors, pipe two lines of each color.
