Additional Information

Use Wilton silicone-treated non-stick parchment to line baking pans and cookie sheets; non-stick means there's no need for spraying or greasing the pan, saving on clean-up time. For roll-out cookies, put a sheet below and on top of dough, making roll-out easy with less mess and easy to transfer to your cookie sheet; use sheet again for rolling out the next batch! Oven safe to 450°F, parchment is great for conventional ovens, microwaves and the freezer. Also great for use when making dipped candies or chocolate-covered treats.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought this brand because it was less expensive than the brand I normally buy. This parchment paper is very thin. Did not like working with it for lining my pans and it was nearly impossible to work with to make parchment triangles for piping. Won't be buying this brand again. Sticking with my old brand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The parchment paper is great. The packaging is the worst ever. After fighting with the box to get it open- tearing and ripping it along the way -I had to use scissors to cut the piece of blue plastic that I couldn't get off of the roll of paper! This is ridiculous! I would not buy this product again because the packaging is horrible!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The last roll of Wilton Parchment I purchased had no cutter and the box was difficult to get into. I had to use scissors to cut the parchment. Today I purchased another box hoping there was a difference. After struggling for some time, I finally had to break open the box, cutting my fingers on the cutter and taping the box back up. The adhesive was difficult to get off the roll and 1/2 foot of the parchment was unusable. There was indeed a cutter for the paper. If Wilton is saving money by making a substandard product to contain the rolls, please reconsider. I am now going to proceed to bake my cakes but had to tell you this while it and the cut was fresh on my mind and fingers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It is difficult to deal with. It slides all over the place when shaping batter on it. There is no metal serrated edge on the box in order to cut the paper after taking out desired amount. I've used other parchment paper before that is thicker and easier to remove from box and doesn't slide all over. Just started using it and will return it to Bed Bath and Beyond for a refund.
