Put pizza stone on a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 450°F.
In medium skillet, cook sausage slices over medium heat until cooked through; drain well and set aside.
Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions for pizza, using 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cover dough; let rest 10 minutes. Take hot pizza stone from the oven and set on trivet. Carefully press out dough to fit onto hot pizza stone. Brush with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Return to oven for 7-8 minutes, or until crust is golden.
Top crust with pizza sauce, sausage, tomatoes, pepper and cheese.
Bake 7-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is completely melted and begins to brown.
