In advance, make cake topper. Using letter pattern and FoodWriter, trace letter on back side (shiny side) of Black Sugar Sheets! Cut out two copies of letter with scissors. Using piping gel, attach letters together. Attach two lollipop sticks to back with piping gel. Let set overnight.
Bake and cool two-layer 6 and 8 in. cakes. Position on silver cake base and cake circle. Prepare cakes for stacked construction. Ice cakes smooth with rose buttercream.
For bottom tier, use Slide-N-Cut Edge Cutter to cut 17 strips, 4 long x 1 in. wide, from White Sugar Sheets! and 17 strips, 4 long x 1 in. wide, from Black Sugar Sheets! Fold strips lengthwise at 90° angle. Attach to cake with piping gel, alternating colors.
Repeat for top tier, using Slide-N-Cut Edge Cutter to cut 13 strips, 5 long x 1 in. wide, from both Sugar Sheets! colors. Attach to cake with piping gel, alternating colors.
