In advance: Make cookies. Prepare and roll out dough. For each
cookie, cut one round using largest nesting cutter (fish bowl)
and two rounds using medium Cut-Out (fish bodies). Cut 1/2 in. off
fish bowl cookie for straight top. Bake and cool cookies. Cover
cookies with thinned color flow; let dry 24 hours.
Decorate and assemble cookies using full-strength Color Flow
icing. Attach fish cookies, about 3/4 in. apart. Pipe tip 4 dot
bubbles and bead heart, lips, fins and tails. Use tip 1 to attach
eyeballs and pipe pull-out lashes. Brush bottom of bowl with
Piping Gel; cover with heart sprinkles. Roll fondant into a 1/2 x
4 1/2 in. log; attach to top edge with icing.
