Applying Sugars/Sparkles After Baking

Adding toppings after baking may be preferred when using larger sprinkles or for filling in a design area with more control. During baking, jimmies or larger sprinkles may spread or colors may bleed.


Step 1

Brush cooled cookie with piping gel.

Step 2

Immediately add desired sprinkles or sugars.

Step 3

Let set before packaging or stacking.
