Pouring Fondant, Icing or Candy Over Cakes or Cookies

A quick and easy way to give a professional-looking finish to all your baked goods!

Step 1: Make Quick-Pour Fondant, Heat Icing or Melt Candy

Melt Candy Melts® following package directions. For icings, follow recipe directions to reach pouring consistency.

Step 2: Put Cakes on Cooling Rack

Place cooled cakes or cookies on cooling rack positioned over cookie sheet or pan.

Step 3: Pipe Fondant, Icing or Candy on Cakes

Pour or pipe candy or icing on center of item, spreading to edges with a spatula so that candy or icing drips down and covers sides. Let dry.
