Monogram or Anniversary Topper

Personalize your cake with a customized monogram or anniversary topper.

1. Several days in advance, trace "25" pattern on waxed paper with tip 4 and royal icing.

2. While still wet, bend wire in shape of numbers and place in traced icing. Cover wire with icing using tip 4.

3. Immediately position pearl beading; let dry. When completely dry, peel off waxed paper and attach lollipop sticks to back with hot glue.
