Use buttercream and tips 1, 2, 2A, 4, 5 and 7.

Pipe tip 2A mound for torso and for legs and arms.

Add tip 2A ball head. Pipe tip 7 shoes and tip 2 zigzag soles.

Pipe tip 1 dot and string facial features and tip 2 pull-out hair.

After positioning ball candle, pipe tip 5 hands with tip 4 dot fingers.
