3-Dimensional Rock Climber

Pipe using royal icing and tips 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12.

Pipe one side of the body using tip 12 for torso and leg, tip 11 for arm. Add tip 10 ball head, tip 4 hand, tip 8 shoe.

Let dry completely; use a spatula to release from waxed paper, flip over and pipe the other side of the body to create a full 3-dimensional figure.

Add tip 2 dot fingers, ears and nose, string hair; tip 1 dot eyes and string mouth. Add tip 3 harness, pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch.

Attach end of one length of string licorice to harness with dots of icing. Let dry completely.
