Great basic instruction for learning fondantThis class explained how to cover and decorate cakes with fondant. I found the instructions easy to follow. Since I watched the videos at home I was able to pause the lesson and work on my cake in my own kitchen before moving onto the next step. You do need to know how to bake, level and frost cakes with buttercream beforehand. That is not covered in the lessons. I didn't think I would ever be able to decorate with fondant and now I can!

If i could give 0 stars I wouldI signed my mom up for one of these classes and Beth swore up and down that she showed up to the class to teach while the co manager at hobby lobby witnessed my mom sit there by herself for over an hour. Beth was very rude when I asked her to refund me for the class. I hope nobody else has a bad experience
