Dip marshmallows in candy. Melt light cocoa and dark cocoa Candy Melts Candy, separately, according to package directions. Insert lollipop stick into marshmallow. Dip marshmallow 2/3 to 3/4 deep in melted candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy.
Decorate pops. Immediately sprinkle with desired sprinkles, jimmies, nonpareils or pearlized sugar. Place candy side down on parchment-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
It's easy to accent dipped candy with fun toppings. Immediately after dipping, roll the candy in your favorite topping and refrigerate. Chopped nuts, Wilton Sprinkles and Nonpareils, shredded coconut or cocoa powder are delicious choices.
