3 days in advance: Make daisies. Tint fondant. Add 1 teaspoon Gum-Tex. Roll out 1/16 in. thick. Use knife and patterns to cut one each of two largest daisies and two each of two smallest daisies. Let dry 24 hours on cornstarch-dusted cake boards.
Using white royal icing, pipe tip 1 lattice over petals; outline petals with tip 2. Pipe tip 2 dot center (pat dot smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Let dry.
