Prepare Chocolate Buttercream Icing according to recipe. Pipe tip 2A ball head with Chocolate Buttercream. Use white Buttercream Icing to pipe tip 3 dot eyeballs and black tinted icing to pipe tip 2 dot pupils and tip 3 to outline mouth. Use tip 3 and white icing to pipe pull-out fangs. Pipe tip 352 pull-out ears with chocolate icing.
Ice wing cookies with chocolate buttercream and position on cupcakes.
