Crybaby Cake is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this cake for a "going away on mat leave" party. This was my first attempt at covering a cake with MMF. I used WAY too much copper colour, so my baby was quite pink! I also made a 2 layer cake, so it didn't look like the bonnet was quite on the head, and the ears just wouldn't sit right - so there were none in the end. LOL. The end result was OK, but more detailed instruction is needed for icing and colouring techniques. I think it would make a world of difference!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was sooo easy!! This is the second time I've made this cake for a baby shower and it's always a big hit!! I did not add the hat this time, I made a big curl instead. :) I'm also not a give fan of fondant so I made the baby's face with buttercream icing and used the paper towel technique and you can't tell the diffrence. It turned out great!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I finished my cake in buttercream since at the time I made this I had no experience using fondant. It still looked just as great as the picture here except I had forgot to put ears on the baby but luckily no one noticed. Easy to make and great step-by-step instructions here.
