Cream Cheese Filling is a must for our Carrot Cupcakes, but is just as delicious on Pumpkin or Apple Cupcakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rinaeabadi from Perfect! I've made cream cheese filling in the past and it was always too sugary. You can really taste the cream cheese here. Everyone asked me for the recipe. If you want it to be more firm, put more sugar. The recipe was good for me though.

Made this filling three times and finally got the perfect consistency :) first time was ok clummy thow 2 nd time runny dont know what happen there and the 3rd perfect the seceret is to not add all ingredients at once and blend .......i wipped the soften cream cheese for about 30 sec. Then added the powder sugar Little at a time i used 3/4 cup until all was gone then slowly added the milk in little less then 1/4 till i got my perfect consistency ......turned out great :)
