Cream Cheese Filling is a must for our Carrot Cupcakes, but is just as delicious on Pumpkin or Apple Cupcakes.

Made this filling three times and finally got the perfect consistency :) first time was ok clummy thow 2 nd time runny dont know what happen there and the 3rd perfect the seceret is to not add all ingredients at once and blend .......i wipped the soften cream cheese for about 30 sec. Then added the powder sugar Little at a time i used 3/4 cup until all was gone then slowly added the milk in little less then 1/4 till i got my perfect consistency ......turned out great :)

When following the recipe I use organic cream cheese, organic butter, soy milk and a little vanilla. I do not use as much of the confectioner's sugar as the recipe calls for and the frosting and filling come out wonderfully. I often find him sneaking another cupcake or piece of cake.....

You put the filling in the bottom 1/4 of a gram cracker pie crust and fill the rest with chocolate pudding ( the kind you make) and top it with whip cream. This pie is the best everyone I know just loves it and can't wait for Thanksgiving to have it again.

The cream cheese filling gives carrot cupcakes and banana cupcakes a pleasing surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by canuckx3 from excellent taste, added a bit more icing sugar as I was using it as a filling between a layer cake - beaded icing around the edge of the cake and the filling stayed put ps I had some left over filling and added some cool whip to it and it made an amazing fruit dip!

Rated 5 out of 5 by susan_catron from This was so easy to do. You really need the tip that goes way into the cupcake. I wsn't sure how much I was getting in there, but all of the guests at the baby shower commented on how delicious the filling was and how surprised they were to find it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rinaeabadi from Perfect! I've made cream cheese filling in the past and it was always too sugary. You can really taste the cream cheese here. Everyone asked me for the recipe. If you want it to be more firm, put more sugar. The recipe was good for me though.
