Congratulations to Grace Koizumi who was chosen from more than 2,000 entries! Her winning cake, "Happy Chinese New Year" was a unique creation featuring items from a traditional celebration including a bamboo basket with steamed buns and bamboo plants — all edible! As the grand prize winner, Grace will receive a $5,000 cash prize and a trip to attend the internationally-renowned, two-week Masters Course at The Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Arts in Darien, Ill.
