2006 Contest Overview
Decorate to Celebrate! This contest is for you! Show us how you decorate cakes, cookies and more to liven up every occasion.
Categories
This year's contest has four categories:
- Cakes
- Cookies
- Cupcakes and Mini Cakes
- Other Decorated Delights (tarts, cheese balls, sandwiches, appetizers, etc.)
Judging
Entries will be judged on creativity, appearance, technique and the overall use of materials. Plus, visitors to Wilton.com will be able to vote on-line for the semi-finalists in each category, starting in October.
Prizes
The "Best Overall" grand prize winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize, plus a trip to attend The Wilton School
of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Arts two-week Master Course in Darien, Ill. Winners in each of the four categories will receive $1,000 in cash prizes, plus $500 in assorted Wilton products. The runner-up in each category will be awarded $500 in assorted Wilton products.
