PRIZES

Four entrants will win the opportunity to attend a Wilton Method Course (Decorating Basics, Gum Paste & Fondant, Flowers & Cake Design or Advanced Gum Paste Flowers) at a local retailer. Each winner will receive a $50 gift card to cover the cost of the Wilton Method Course tuition, a student kit for the Wilton Method Course chosen, and their choice of in-stock items from Wilton's online store totaling $100 which must be used in one purchase; no credits issued. Shipping available to addresses within the 50 United States of America and Washington, D.C. (excluding US territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding Quebec). The total value of the prize package is approximately $150.

ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States of America, Washington, D.C. (excluding US territories and possessions) or Canada (excluding Quebec), who are are eighteen (18) years of age or older before January 13, 2012. Void where prohibited by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter and their entries will not be considered:

Employees of Wilton or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or any promotion, advertising, judging or public relations company doing business with any of the above, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or a member of the immediate family (parent, children, siblings, spouse, regardless of where they live) or any individual living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not).

ENTERING THE CONTEST

Between January 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time through January 17, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, submit an entry form on Wilton.com or Wilton's Facebook Page. One entry per person.

Wilton is not responsible for any changes or effects caused by or to the entrant’s computer system as a result of submitting electronic entries.

Entries submitted via any other method, including but not limited to U.S. Postal Service, hand delivery, facsimile or other express delivery services, will NOT be accepted. Please do not send your entry to Wilton. Wilton is not responsible for entries that cannot be processed due to phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind.

Wilton reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner at any time during the Contest, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. By submitting your entry, you accept all Contest rules, including those not listed here that may be added at Wilton’s sole discretion, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final. You also agree that your entry becomes the sole property of Wilton, and Wilton expressly reserves the right to alter, edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and/or use any or all of the entries, without compensating you. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the account holder if there is any dispute.

WINNER SELECTION

All entries must meet the requirements of the Contest. Entries not meeting Contest entry criteria will be disqualified. Entries must be newly created and original by the Contest entrant. No substitutions or transfer of prizes allowed.

Four winners will be selected in a random drawing and will be notified via the email address provided with the entry form within 7 days of the end of the sweepstake. In order to receive the prize, winners must provide shipping information and all completed forms within three weeks of the initial notification. Wilton reserves the right to select a new winner if the originally selected winner does not respond within the specified time period.

All winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the location where the Witon Method Course is held. Wilton Method Course are scheduled by local retailers and Wilton does not have any control over when the classes are held. Please check with your local retailer to learn more about Wilton Method Course availability in your area.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

Wilton and its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, dealers, and vendors, and these companies’ officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) entries that are lost, misdirected, unintelligible, corrupted, incomplete, late, otherwise not in compliance with these rules; (ii) any act, failure to act, delay, or error relating to the transmitting or processing of entries; (iii) telecommunications network, phone system, computer system, hardware, or software malfunctions, failure, disconnection, data loss, or other difficulties of any kind, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest, or accessing or downloading materials relating to the Contest; (iv) any conditions caused by events beyond the control of Wilton that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest. Wilton reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modifies, terminate, or suspend this Contest if causes beyond Wilton’s control corrupt the administration, security, or operation of the Contest. By participating in this Contest, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wilton, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, dealers, and vendors, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of all such companies from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest, or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity and privacy. Wilton reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its sole discretion. Disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner may result if there is noncompliance within the above time period or if the prize notification is undeliverable. Wilton reserves the right to substitute comparable products at its discretion.

PUBLICITY

By participating in this Contest, each entrant gives permission to Wilton to use his or her name, photograph, voice, biographical information, likeness, and entry and all derivatives thereof, in any and all media, for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law.
