  1. Decorate top of house. Tint icing Forest Green following color formulas provided. Using Forest Green icing, spatula ice roof and eaves smooth. Let dry 8 to 10 hours.

    Prepare decorating bag with tip 5 and white icing from kit. Pipe dots on roof.

    Use Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint icing in the following shades:

    • Bright Red: 1 cup buttercream icing + 30R
    • Forest Green: ½ cup white icing from kit + 16Y + 10B + 5BK
    • Reserve remaining icing from kit white.
    • Decorate sides of house. Using red FoodWriter marker, add words, trees and snowflakes to side panels of gingerbread house.

      Prepare buttercream following recipe instructions. Tint icing red following color formulas provided. Prepare decorating bag with coupler and red icing. With tip 5, pipe seams of house. Switch to tip 1; pipe words on sides of house. Switch to tip 1S; pipe trees and snowflakes on side of house.
