Advanced Decorating Courses

Three-Day Workshops

Our popular 3-day format gives students the valuable opportunity to focus on specific decorating and baking disciplines in-depth. Gain hands-on experience in assembling various tiered cake styles, decorate unique and artistic cookie creations or learn how to bake exceptional cakes and pastries. Supplies are furnished.

One-Day Workshops

Wilton's special one-day workshops are designed to help both serious decorators and new decorating enthusiasts focus on specific techniques. Supplies are furnished and students keep class projects. Classes are 6 hours with a 1-hour break and are held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Three-Hour Workshops

Treat yourself to a fun learning experience! Our enjoyable 3-hour workshops focus on one exciting project or decorating technique, to help you create fabulous gifts for your family and friends. The response from students has been great. We’ve got fun courses for seasonal treats, candy and fondant—and most are great for beginners.
