Introduction to Chocolate - Holiday Treats

Class Description:

Learn or review techniques for proper tempering and handling of chocolate. Students will color and mold chocolate and will work with modeling chocolate. Holiday molding emphasized; students will also mold a chocolate turkey or snowman centerpiece. Students will take home candy made in class.
