Class Description:
Take the mystery out of working with chocolate. Learn the techniques for the proper tempering and handling of chocolate, coloring and molding and working with modeling chocolate. Each student will mold and decorate a beautiful chocolate creation for Easter or a chocolate high-heel shoe for a Mother's Day gift.
