Baking Workshop

Class Description:

This 6-hour demonstration class will teach the basics of preparing butter, sponge and other egg white based cakes, tortes and meringues. Students will gain baking expertise through a troubleshooting discussion, and help with baking and handling large cake layers. Recipes will be distributed.
