Build on skills gained in Gum Paste and Fondant with Colette Peters. Students will choose their decorating project from three themes, including fantasy, trompe l'oeil and all-white designs. Ms. Peters will demonstrate cake sculpting, including her famous "crooked cake look." Work with airbrush and painting techniques, fantasy flowers and borders, piping and brush embroidery, inlaid fondant and cutouts.
Prerequisite: Must have previously completed Gum Paste and Fondant with Colette Peters to attend this class.
