Class Description:
The renowned sugarcraft artist, Nicholas Lodge, will share his expertise to help students create an array of popular bridal flowers to enhance wedding cakes. Focal, secondary and filler flowers will be covered, along with assorted foilage. Students will create the ultimate rose, stargazer lily, calla lily, cattleye orchid, cymbidium orchid, dendrobium orchid, gardenia, gerbera daisy, lizanthus, freesia, stephanotis, lily of the valley, sweet peas, carnations, eucalyptus, ferns, ivy rose leaves. When appropriate, buds and leaves will be included.
