How to Stylize Your Cakes

Class Description:

Learn the process of using your decorating skills to create designs based on a tangible object. You will identify the primary design elements of the object, then create the same effect on your cake. Learn how to translate a pattern, a color scheme and a movement into your cake design using rolled fondant, gum paste, embossing and piping skills for a complete and cohesive look. A perfect introduction to the approach needed for competition work. Previous decorating experience required.
