Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was very easy to make. I made this filling for spice cake flavored cupcakes for my kids and they loved them. My husband who is not a big sweet eater also loved the flavor of these tiny little bites of heaven. I can't wait to make them again. I followed the recipe as directed but I also read some of the other reviews about it being to thin, so what I did was mixed the cream cheese and milk while both were still cold,and until smooth and then added the powder sugar and cinnamon. The consistency was excellent for filling these cupcakes.
