Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Filling is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was very easy to make. I made this filling for spice cake flavored cupcakes for my kids and they loved them. My husband who is not a big sweet eater also loved the flavor of these tiny little bites of heaven. I can't wait to make them again. I followed the recipe as directed but I also read some of the other reviews about it being to thin, so what I did was mixed the cream cheese and milk while both were still cold, and until smooth and then added the powder sugar and cinnamon. The consistency was excellent for filling these cupcakes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe, adding a small amount of apple pie filling. I then filled an apple spice cupcake. I used the same recipe to then frost the cupcake (using more of the liquid from the pie filling rather than the chunks of apples to keep the consistency smooth for the frosting). I was amazed by the number of compliments I received. The apple chunks missed with the filling added another texture and was delicious. I will definitely keep this recipe close by for future use - very easy to make and very delicious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Last month when I needed a filling for my cupcakes for my Wilton's Basic Decorating class that week, I chose this cinnamon sugar cream cheese filling. I had never used a filling piped into cupcakes like this before and was VERY happy with this particular recipe. It had nice flavor and worked like a charm. In fact, with this cinnamon you could use this very same recipe and add some other spices to give this more of a pumpkin pie flavor or many of your own favorite spice combinations. It's very very versitile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used this filling in Halloween cupcakes for the Harvest Festival at church. Since it was for Halloween, I also colored it orange. It looked great inside chocolate cupcakes. I thought the filling was very easy to use and tasted wonderful. It also lasted a long time in the fridge. I later used it to make my own sandwich cookies out of ginger snaps. I would definitely use this recipe again!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Used this with Pumpkin cupcakes for Halloween and everyone loved them, including the kids. Definitely will be a yearly favorite in our house. Mine came out a little too thin, so I will probably try to adjust next time by using a little less milk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used this in vanilla cupcakes and filled them with this Cinnamon Sugar Filling. I then rolled the cupcakes in melted butter and rolled them in cinnamon sugar and then topped it with a vanilla buttercream. Yum!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made these for a family picnic. And they loved them. I made my own yellow cake recipe filled them with this and topped with vanilla buttercream. Thinking of trying this with a pumpkin or applesauce cake.
