Rated 5 out of 5 by from absolutely love this recipe! i'm still a teenager and at school i make cupcakes for my friends whenever it's their birthdays or celebrating anything. everyone always loved my cupcakes, but i tried this recipe and everyone was beyond shocked that this was even possible! to get filling in a cupcake seemed unfathomable, and how beyond delicious this recipe was just unbelievable as well. i love surprising everyone now and actually just came back to this recipe because I'm making cupcakes for my friend for tomorrow! Thanks Wilton:)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a delicious recipe. I have not used it in cupcakes but i did use it as a filling in a cake. it has a runny consistency but if you use buttercream to make an edge on the cake then fill the middle with the chocolate filling you should be fine. thedn put the top layer on and the buttercream edge keeps it in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I registered just to write this review. Out of many reviews I saw two that said the recipe didn't work. I figured with these odds that chances are that my recipe would turn out. Well, after 8 wasted eggs, sugar et cetera I can tell you. THIS RECIPE DOESN'T WORK. Seriously, it doesn't. I am a baking expert and followed the directions precisely. Save yourself some time and ingredients.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This chocolate filling recipe was a huge success! Everyone loved the taste and texture, it was smooth and creamy. There was just enough of the semi-sweet chocolate to offset the sweetness of the butter cream icing. It was so easy to make, just remember when you're cooking the filling to let it cook at a high enough temperature to allow it to thicken, also, don't try substituting the half and half for milk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My children and I made chocolate cupcakes and we filled them with vanilla and chocolate frosting. We had a great time. At first we were like "how do we do it" but with the help from your website on-line we were filling cupcakes within seconds. We are planning to do it again soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It seems that everyone loves chocolate and this icing is a hit everytime. I even add nutella in my icing a number of times and it tastes great. The icing is very easy to make and is good for top or filling. I used it for the 3D teddy cake and it look great. NONNA

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I think that the filling was so much fun to make then when you bite into your cupcake you can taste the most chocolate filling. I would most likely make this again and again. But no one would have never thought that there is something inside the cupcake.
