Make 18 peanut butter cups. Prepare peanut butter filling following recipe directions. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use peanut butter cups mold to mold and fill cups. Reserve remaining melted light cocoa candy.
Use melted light cocoa candy to attach malted milk ball to bottom of peanut butter cup. Chill until set 3 to 5 minutes.
Make brownie. Prepare brownie batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool brownie according to pan package directions.
Decorate brownie. Use dark cocoa Candy Melts candy to prepare ganache glaze following recipe directions. Place brownie on cooling grid. Use cut disposable decorating bag to pipe ganache over top of brownie with some dripping over side. Gently place brownie on a foil-wrapped cake board, cut to fit.
Place peanut butter cups and malted milk balls on top of cake.
