Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are fantastic! This is one of those recipes that has spread like wild fire! They are so delicious and not all that time consuming to make! Every time I make these, I end up giving the recipe to multiple people! I am now asked to bring these to parties with me! If you want a little bit of a shortcut, use cooked, canned chicken and just shred it. The flavor is still just as good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are very easy to make! I've made these for several years in a row for our annual Christmas party for about 75 people. People rave about them! I would love to find more recipes just like this one! I've also substituted crab instead of chicken and people liked those too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely love these! I made them for a bridal shower and since then I am asked to bring them to any kind of party. I use rotisserie chicken for even more ease and flavor. And instead of using a standard muffin tin, I use a mini one. The filling makes about 48 cups that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are wonderful. They are not that hard to make and they taste and look like it took all day to make them. I use fresh parmesan because it makes them even better. If you want to impress someone make these. They go really fast!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would double the filling part if you want more filling in the cups -filling was too skimpy for my liking would make a better presentation - maybe my cups were large though
