Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place mini pie pans on cookie pan.

Step 2

Gently unroll pie crusts and roll to two 13 in. circles. Cut two 6-1/2 in. circles from each pie crust. Press rounds into pie pans, folding over edges and pressing until the top of the crust is flush with the top of the pan.

Step 3

In medium bowl, stir together cherry pie filling and almond extract; pour into pie crust. In medium bowl, stir together chopped almonds, flour, brown sugar, oats, butter and salt until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie filling.

Step 4

Bake 38-40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is lightly browned. Cool on pan on cooling grid.

Makes 4 mini pies.
