Cheesy Muffin Tin Potato Tots Recipe
It’s never too early to start prepping for game day, and these Muffin Tin Potato Tots are just as good for breakfast as they are for game day snacking! Packed with cheese, green onions and delicious garlic and onion flavors, these potato appetizers are also served with two tasty dipping sauces. Bake these little mini tots in the Mega Mini Muffin Pan to create a whole bunch of bite-sized snacks at once!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jules19 from Pretty good I made this recipe as is, although I did add one beaten egg to help bind it all together. My family liked these tots fairly well. Next time I will add double or triple the amount of green onions and cheese, but that's just for mine and my family's personal preference. The recipe, as is, is great for a pot luck. I don't have the pan with 48 wells, so I used the 24 well pan. The tots were bigger (more like cups). I will buy the bigger pan! For mixing the ingredients together, I should have used an extra large bowl; I made a mess with just a large mixing bowl. The potatoes baked up perfectly in the recommended amount of time, and I did find it necessary to rotate the pan half way through.
