Steve Rocco

Steve is the Senior Director of Cake and Visual Design for Wilton Products. He is responsible for designing all the projects for Wilton's publications and packaging. Steve works with a team of 10 cake decorators who create a 3-d work of edible art from his sketches. Steve has been with Wilton for 20 years and within that time he has been responsible for more than 12,000 ideas ranging from cookies, candies, and cakes. Steve is also responsible for art directing the photography for all of Wilton's publications, working with a team of photographers and prop stylists to create the mood and sets to showcase all the projects created by Wilton's cake decorators.

Anne Findley

Anne loves her job at Wilton since, as the Vice President of Food Product Development, she gets to eat icing for a living! She and her team work to bring exciting new food products to market to help consumers be successful executing their sweet creations. She loves to entertain and thinks there's always a reason to celebrate – especially with cupcakes!

Laura Hartnett

Laura is a Food Scientist and Senior Product Manager on the food team at Wilton. She was brought on board to create all new products that allow our decorating community to express their sweet creativity and to ensure Wilton's food products continuously reflect the superior taste and functionality our consumers expect. In short – she gets to taste icing for a living! Before joining the Wilton team, Laura was the Director of Technical Solutions for a dairy ingredient company. When she's not mixing up new formulas to create decorating magic, Laura enjoys entertaining and spending time with friends and family.

Mary Gavenda

Mary is a Senior Cake Decorator at Wilton. She started her cake decorating career as one of the first Wilton Method teachers in the Chicago area, teaching at various Sears, Montgomery Wards and JCPenney stores and earned her place in the Wilton Hall of Fame. As a cake decorator in the Decorating Room, she creates the cakes for photography used on new labels and packaging and in all Wilton publications. Mary also teaches the Introduction to Gum Paste Class at The Wilton School. Mary is a member of The International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES), an organization promoting the art of food and cake decorating throughout the world. She has served as Illinois State Representative, Past ICES Vice President and Corresponding Secretary during her 3-year term on the ICES Board of Directors. She is still active in the organization.

Beth Somers

Beth is the Culinary Specialist in the test kitchen at Wilton. She spends her days examining Wilton products to make sure that they are up to par, helping refine ideas for new Wilton items, and developing fun and simple recipes. The recipes on all Wilton bakeware and Wilton.com originate in the test kitchen, and it's Beth's favorite part of the job. Before joining Wilton, Beth worked as a cake decorator and pastry chef. She's baked, decorated, and delivered hundreds of wedding and birthday cakes, and loves the idea that in some small way, her creations have played a role in so many celebrations. When she's not in the test kitchen, you can find Beth cooking and baking for her friends and family, and dining out all over Chicago.
