I had actually signed up for the Wilton decorating class, and this was supposed to be my homework cake, but i never really finished the class due to sitter issues, i only got to go to the first class and i bought a complete caddy!...well good thing i did. Well every one loved the cake and it was delicious as well! I hope i get better with time. I plan to go back to the Wilton classes (and finish them all) becuase i love doing this! They are so much special when they are made at home. I did the lil princess theme.
