Caterpillar Cupcakes is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a quick and easy activity to do. I just felt like making some fun cupcakes one rainy afternoon so my kids ages 5 and 8 also helped by picking the colours and doing the swirls on "their" cupcakes. We mixed it up a bit by doing different techniques on different parts- so one cupcake we used the star tip, another we just swirled around and around. It ended up being a good way to practice my techniques! We didn't have the candy to make the face as they did so we made due with what what had. Wasn't as cute but they tasted just a good! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Caterpillar Cupcakes were easy and fun to make. And they tasted yummy! However, we had trouble finding the shoestring licorice. We improvised w/ Chocolate Twizzlers, but that didn't work out so well. We had trouble getting them to stick to the spice drops. If you desire to use the shoestring licorice, it would be a good idea to plan ahead and do your homework. This way, you may have better luck finding it. We just did it at home, for the fun of it, so it wasn't a big deal to us. Enjoy baking up smiles w/ your kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These "Caterpillar Cupcakes" a easy and fun! The kids just love them. The more colors you use, the better the caterpillar stands out at the table. Also you can add candy to the body and it will make it so cute. Shoe-string licorice at times is hard to find, but make some calls, it is worth looking for it! Once you get to the candy store, do your homework, there are millions of options for that creative look. Also, decorate just before serving, since the licorice will get soft and will not hold up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute, cute, cute! These were a big hit. We didn't have spice drops, the legs and antennae looked fine without them. The kids just loved these!
