Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super cute, I know this is an older post but I just stumbled upon this Easter cupcake. I put the chocolate iced cc's in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then I used an apple corer, then used the large tip. Both worked about the same. I was so concerned at first about it being a cone shape for the carrot and thought hello carrots are not perfect. I am sure they will be a hit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just made these yesterday and they were such a big hit! I was really intimidated with making the carrots, as I'm very much a beginner at decorating. They turned out fantastic and I found that the imperfections made them quite endearing. I'm so happy I stumbled across these for 'Easter cupcake ideas' and will continue to visit this website in the future!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a fabulously cute idea...yet it is difficult to get the perfect "carrot" shape cut out. Cupcakes must be chilled and my moist chocolate recipe made it very rough even chilled. Still the kids loved the idea and they tasted fantastic even though few resembled carrots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this cupcake to see if I like it before I make it for my co-workers for estern. I used an apple corer to make the hole and it made it easy and fast.
