Rated 5 out of 5 by trionfonmx from These turned out great. I was out of milk so I subbed 1/2 & 1/2. I like walnuts instead of pecans. The subtle cappuccino flavoring is a great enhancement. I would recommended this recipe to anyone who is a coffee or muffin fan. Hopefully they freeze well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Moncha from Made them today for the first time, loved them. My son somewhat picky, really enjoyed them. I used regular cupcake pan and 1 small loaf pan, I got 12 muffins and 1 small loaf. I also used expresso instant coffee,and self rising flour omitted baking powder and salt. I think next time I would use mini chocolate chips for the topping..yummy :)
